Hosted by Alex Cord, and produced by the American Gladiators team, Wild West Showdown featured would be cowboy and cowgirl contestants competing against the show's regular gang of outlaws. Competitions included hard riding equestrian endeavors, saloon brawls, and paintball gunfights.
