Detective Smith must go rogue to hunt down Moros and Fatum, the mysterious duo who killed 13 innocents in an explosion, including his sister. He is opposed by Chief Brooks, the by-the-books police chief who closes the case and restricts Smith's access to the files. But Smith will stop at nothing to bring Moros and Fatum to justice.
